Upper North Side
I've seen many photos of Manhattan from the west (New Jersey), the east (Brooklyn or Queens), and the south (the Harbor). Views of "the City" from the north, however, are much rarer.
As a proud denizen of the neglected "Upper North Side" of Manhattan (a.k.a. Inwood, Upstate Manhattan or NoBro ("North End of Broadway")), here is my attempt to correct that skewed perspective:

There are lots of things to see in Upper Manhattan. For example, you can see morning-lit windows like this:
The cats aren't real, but the liquor bottle is. We are very patriotic up here, despite our need for security cameras and bars on windows:
Upper North Siders also like to carry around life-like facsimiles of their offspring:
The UNS, like the rest of Manhattan, is filled with discarded treasures:
